EXPERIENCED : 

Laboratory Specialist (Ext-54/ES/EXP/CPI/P&T/2014)
Responsibility :

• Performs routine and non-routine analyses using laboratory equipment with some supervision. Complex projects reviewed frequently, specifically at critical milestones. Generally proceeds on own initiative in performing duties. Proactive. Initiates some project on own accord.
• Provides work direction to other analysts and business partners on equipment operation or laboratory procedures.
• Participates in corrective action for QA/QC; Supplies input for developing SOPs, JSAs, and MOCs for new processes and may evaluate applications for new laboratory equipment and procedures
• Identifies specifications for analytical equipment and follows through. Makes recommendations to correct analytical problems.
• Have in-depth knowledge and manages to ensure proper entries into data management systems are made, including the QC thereof. Supports all data requests from customers

Requirements :

• Have willingness to be relocated to Chevron operations locations (West Java, Riau or East Kalimantan)
• Have significant expertise (minimum 4 years exprienced) in Laboratory
• Fluent in verbal and written communication: English & Bahasa

Government Relations Specialist (Land Matters) (Ext-55/LAW/EXP/CPI/LAW/2014)
Responsibility :

• Work closely with the project team and PGPA Natural Team to ensure alignment of plan, strategies, timelines, and budgets on performing external engagement process to support the project.
• Ensures PGPA policies and standards are implemented consistently in compliance to OE principles and in support to the department’s strategies and objectives
• Bulit a strong relatioship with local GOI, SKKMIGAS, Forestry Department, BPN, and other key stakeholders to ensure the alignment and support to smoothern the land acquisition and land encroachment resolution process.
• Develop engagement plan/schedule, presentation material, and follow up action plan.
• Provide adequate supports and advices for current and future strategies in compliance to the IBU and corporate guidances.
• Shared base practices to all team members, facilitate the team meeting, and mentoring of new Land Officers/Specialist. Provide coordination with all related teams regarding community issue that might influence/interfere with project objectives as necessary

Requirements : 

• Have significant expertise (minimum 4 years experienced) Public Relation back ground and experience in handling land matters
• Minimum 3 years in handling claims relate to the land and social issues
• Fluent in verbal and written communication: English & Bahasa
• Flexible and open minded
